How do goals work? What counts towards my annual goal?
Goals in CookShelf let you set a target for how many recipes you want to cook in a year. It's a fun way to challenge yourself to use your cookbooks more.
What counts: Every time you mark a recipe as "cooked" in the app, it counts toward your goal, as long as the cook date falls within the current year. It doesn't matter which book the recipe is from or whether you've made it before. To mark a recipe as cooked, tap the pot icon on the recipe page and make sure you set a cook date.
How to set a goal: Head to the Me tab, tap Goals & Stats, and you'll see the option to set your annual cooking goal. Pick a number that feels right for you, whether that's 12 recipes (one a month) or 100.
Tracking progress: Go to the Me tab to see your cook history and how you're pacing against your goal.
