I canceled my paid membership and now I can't access the free version of CookShelf – can you help?

The free version of CookShelf supports up to 5 books on your shelf. If you had more than 5 books when your paid membership ended, you won't be able to access the free tier until your shelf is within the 5-book limit.

Here's what to do: Shoot us a message and we'll help you out. We can remove some books from your shelf so you're back within the free limit and able to access the app again. Please note that removed books will need to be re-added if you subscribe again later. Your bookmarks, cooking history, and notes are preserved.

If you had 5 or fewer books and still can't get in: Try signing out and signing back in. If that doesn't work, email us and we'll take a look.
