I'm an EYB Premium member – why am I being charged for CookShelf?

CookShelf and Eat Your Books are the same company, so your EYB Premium membership already includes full access to CookShelf.

If you're seeing a charge labeled "CookShelf" on your credit card statement, that's most likely your EYB membership – it just shows up under the CookShelf name. Check whether the charge amount matches your EYB membership fee. If it does, there's nothing to worry about – you have one subscription and it's working as expected.

If you're seeing two separate charges, you may have created a second subscription under a different account through the App Store or Google Play. Here's how to fix it:

1. Make sure you're logged into CookShelf with the same email address you use for Eat Your Books
2. Cancel the duplicate subscription through Apple or Google (see "How do I request a refund?" for instructions)
3. If you're not sure which charge is which, send us a message with both email addresses and we'll sort it out
