I'm an EYB Premium member. Why am I being charged for CookShelf?

CookShelf and Eat Your Books are the same company, so your EYB Premium membership already includes full access to CookShelf.

If you're seeing a charge labeled "CookShelf" on your credit card statement, that's most likely your EYB membership. It just shows up under the CookShelf name. Check whether the charge amount matches your EYB membership fee. If it does, there's nothing to worry about. You have one subscription and it's working as expected.

If you're seeing two separate charges, you may have created a second subscription under a different account through the App Store or Google Play. Here's how to fix it:

1. Make sure you're logged into CookShelf with the same email address you use for Eat Your Books
2. Cancel the duplicate subscription through Apple or Google (see "How do I request a refund?" for instructions)
3. If you're not sure which charge is which, send us a message with both email addresses and we'll sort it out
