How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your CookShelf subscription at any time. The method depends on how you originally signed up and paid.

If you subscribed to CookShelf on Android or iOS, you can go to the Settings menu in the app and click Manage Subscription. Alternatively, you can access your subscriptions from your device, by accessing your subscriptions from the App Store on iOS and the Google Play Store on Android.

If you subscribed on Eat Your Books, you can go to your Account Page (click on your username in the top right hand corner or the Menu at top right on a phone) and click the link at the bottom of the page. Should you cancel part way through a month or year there is no repayment of any part of the fees, but you can continue to use CookShelf and Eat Your Books until the paid period expires.

We will keep you Shelf details (books, bookmarks, etc.) for some time in case you change your mind. If you would like all your membership details and Bookshelf deleted please contact us at help@cookshelf.app.
