How do I add a book that's not in CookShelf's catalog?

If you can't find your book by scanning or searching, send us a message and we'll add it for you. Include the title, author, and publication year if you have it. The ISBN (usually on the back cover or copyright page) is the fastest way for us to find and add it. A photo of the cover can help too, especially for less common books.

Once we add a book to our catalog, you'll be able to add it to your shelf. Indexing the recipes is a separate step – if the book isn't indexed yet, you can request that too.

We're always expanding our catalog, and we prioritize books that home cooks are requesting. International cookbooks, vintage titles, and small-press books are all welcome – we want to include everything.
