How do I add new books to my shelf?

There are a couple of ways to add books in CookShelf.

Scan a barcode: Tap the "Add books" button and use your phone's camera to scan the barcode on any cookbook. If we have it in our catalog, it'll be added to your shelf right away.

Search by title or author: If you'd rather search, tap the search icon on the "Add books" screen and type in the title or author name. When you find the book, tap it to add it to your shelf.

Once a book is on your shelf, all of its indexed recipes become searchable. If the book isn't indexed yet, you'll see that on the book's page and can request indexing.

With a free account, you can add up to 5 books. With a paid membership or during a Premium free trial, you can add unlimited books.
